Why we love what we do

 

Tight Lines Hawaii LLC was originally created because of my love for fishing and the lifestyle that we have here in the islands.  To those who are not familiar with the term “Tight Lines”, it is what fishermen say to each other in place of “Good Luck” before a fishing outing.  In the short amount of time that this business has been running, I have had the pleasure of meeting many people from across the state, mainland, and also Japan.  It's been a pleasure to meet all of my customers and to get to know them on a personal level whether it be on my Facebook page (Tight Lines Clothing) or Instagram (@tightlines808).  I also had the opportunity to develop an exclusive line of hats and shirts for the Hikianalia (sister ship of the Hokulea) voyage that took place in August 2014.  I was also lucky to have been able to create a special edition shirt for a walk held in Hawaii to honor our fallen soldiers, including military hero Reid Nishizuka, who was like a brother to me.  I would like to thank everyone for all of their support with my new venture into this clothing/apparel line and I am excited to release more new products that we are currently working on!
